An NSE Captain speaks to Hanson
National Security Executive soldiers are a medium class of enemy seen in Second Sight. They use similar hardware to the Marines and are sent in to deal with high security operations. They have two visible classes - a soldier and a captain, who wield SMGs and Shotguns, respectively.
