A Zener Child in Childcare

Zener children were used as test subjects in the Zener Project, under the care of Sasha Barranikov.
Biography[]
Children with the 'gift' were recruited from regional testing programmes all over the USSR and brought by rail to the village of Dubrensk where they became subjects of Grienko's research. The vast majority were ultimately rejected and (according to official soucres) returned safely to their parents. The true success stories of the project were a small number of children with exceptional abilities. These Zener children were also distinguished by an unusual arrested development syndrome which left them in a perpetually pre-pubescent state.
